This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hi peeps! This is my first journal if you hadn't gathered already. Anyways, I'm meant to be doing a geography case study at the moment but then got sidetracked. It is sorta to do with the case study topic but not quite. Well, you know the story of Atlantis? Island, really developed and all then the inhabitants became really cocky etc. and said island sank.
My case study is about the 2004 tsunami in S.E. Asia and I got to thinking, there have been more tsunamis and earthquakes lately so maybe what happened to Atlantis is happening again or is gearing up to happen again.
'Coz our world is discovering more and more and I just thought that maybe we're going a bit too far. I'm not against it at all and I'm not saying that the countries that have been affected by earthquakes etc. are to blame for anything, it was just something that my brain came up with. And its probably just coincidence anyway so its just something to think about...
OK, if you're still reading this, I applaud you as this was an incredibly long ramble about nothing in particular. Well, I had better get back to aforementioned case study so, bye bye guys!!!
PS how do you change the mood on these things? Oh wait, I has foundz it! One problem, its being spazzy so I can't do anything. Oh well, lets just say that I am... confuzzled. XD
you know, i have two bizarre ideas for new books im not going to pursue them just yet >> not until im done with this book but, would you like to hear them? one's a short story one's a book or potential book ^^
alright, and it came to me in a dream the dream was sort of indian mythology like it started that i was growing up in a village were when you came of age and animal of the forest would present itself and give its child to you to take care of until the time it grew up One day i was sitting out near the forest at night on a stone and a female doe cautiously worked its way up to me, it looked afraid, so i reached my hand out and it came up it started licking my hand, and i patted it on the head, an overwhelming feeling came over me and i blacked out I woke up next to a baby deer and i realized what had just happened the doe had chosen me to be the one to take care of its child so i did, i fed it, bathed it, looked after it, i must say i did a pretty kick a** job XD and the doe recognized that she came to me from the forest another day and said "Truly you are a fine guardian to my child, You have proven yourself a dozen times over, I wish to offer you the oppurtunity to take care of another of my children." In the culture of our village that was a great honor but i knew that if I took another one of her children my attention would be averted from the one she had already given me, and it obviously wasnt ready to look after itself yet i said "No, I cannot except your offer, this child is still growing and it needs me to take care of it, if i were to take another one of your children this one would suffer a lack of attention, i am not ready for another one of your children." The doe nodded in approval and smiled at me she said "You have proven yourself once again, you have learned the lesson of restraint, regardless of what you wanted you put my child's interest first, I am glad i chose you as a guardian." Then she hopped off into the forest
the dream ended after that i really wish it hadnt though o.o; it was a cool dream >> but i want to make it into a short story and finish it maybe publish it (as a short story) what do you think? and after you reply ill tell you the second story
it sound really good! the imagery was well done and i could see the forest etc. in my mind's eye. it sounds like one of those myths. you know the ones like about the buffalo lady etc. (dunno if you know that one. i barely remember it!)
